Once access is granted, the content cannot be returned.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Payment is successful but course access is not granted due to a technical issue
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours of payment with valid proof.
- No Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Course access has already been granted
- User has started or completed the course
- Refund requested due to change of mind
- Refund requested due to personal reasons
- Refund requested after consuming course content
- Cancellation
Once a course is purchased and access is provided, cancellation is not allowed.
- Payment Gateway Charges
Any payment gateway charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
